Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using Mayora4D

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and mayora4d ("Platform", "We", "Company") in connection with your use of the mayora4d platform at https://mayora4d.asia and all services provided therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or using any service provided by mayora4d, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are using the mayora4d platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• The use of online platforms for betting and gambling purposes is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence.

Mayora4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active mayora4d account. Owning or attempting to open more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, is a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full name as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• Your exact date of birth.
• A Malaysian bank account number or digital wallet for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account information is kept up to date. Any changes to your personal details should be reported to the mayora4d support team as soon as possible via live chat or email at support@mayora4d.asia.

Your account password is solely your responsibility. mayora4d strongly advises you to use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone. The mayora4d platform will never ask for your password via email, phone, or Live Chat.

All financial transactions on mayora4d must be carried out using approved payment methods. Your mayora4d account may only be funded using methods registered in your own name. mayora4d does not accept payments from third parties or accounts belonging to others.

For withdrawals, the minimum is RM 30 for all methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for members who have completed identity verification (KYC). mayora4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 24-hour period.

All bonuses and promotions at mayora4d are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover is typically between 5x and 20x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified timeframe will expire automatically.

• The minimum bet for all Sports Betting games is RM 2 per selection.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game type, league, and match stage, as displayed on the platform at the time of placing your bet.
• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature, which is available for selected matches and markets.
• Mayora4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human input mistakes.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be refunded in accordance with the applicable sports rules for the relevant league or competition.
• Parlay/accumulator bets containing a cancelled match will be recalculated excluding that match, with odds adjusted accordingly.

• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using offensive, threatening, or racially charged language when communicating with the support team or other members through any community feature on the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate match or game outcomes.

Mayora4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any term set out in this document.

You may also close your mayora4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure is subject to the following conditions:

• All active pending bets will be settled based on actual match results before any balance is returned.
• Your real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• Any bonus or promotional credit that has not met the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Members who close their account may re-register in the future, subject to re-approval by the mayora4d compliance team.
